For new builds we are often engaged early in the design process, collaborating with the architect + client on an integrated fitout. If the project is a refurbishment of an existing building, involving us as early as is feasible is always beneficial + we can then ensure the layout, function + aesthetics of the space is being thoughtfully executed + in line with the brief.
